Important before you use the Webmail!

1. YOUR SETTINGS!

When you login for the first time, you will have change your Personal Information. Click the "Options" button and choose "Personal Information".

Click on "Edit your identities".

Select "Default Identity" in the "Your identities:" drop menu.

The textbox "Identity's name:" should now be "Default Identity".

You should now fill in following fields:

"Your full name:"

"Your From: address:"

When this has been done, click "Change".

You should now be able to use the webmail.



2. CREATING/REMOVING FOLDERS

Our new webmail client is always working with the mail server directly. This means no other data than the "Personal Information" is saved on the webmail client server.
Unfortunately there is one function that will not work with the current mail server settings. Creating and removing folders is not possible as this would have to be done on the mail server. We are looking at the possibillity to add this option but it requires alot of changes in the mail system. Please contact our technical support for more details.
